3. Product and Order Policy

All items available for sale on Vibe Wear Hub are fulfilled via a print-on-demand (POD) model in partnership with Printify and their network of production providers. This means:

  • Each item is made specifically for you once your order is placed.
  • We do not hold inventory or offer mass-produced goods.

Please Note:

  • Orders are sent to production immediately and cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded once confirmed.
  • Carefully review product descriptions, mockups, and size charts before placing an order.
  • Because each item is custom-made, slight variations in print placement, color calibration, or garment fit may occur and are not considered defects.

4. Shipping Policy

Currently, Vibe Wear Hub only ships orders within the United States.

Processing Time:
2–4 business days after order placement. This is the time required to prepare your item for shipment.

Shipping Time:
3–6 business days depending on your location and the fulfillment partner assigned.

Estimated Delivery Window:
5–10 business days total from the time you place your order.

Please note:

If your order is marked as delivered but you did not receive it, please contact the carrier first. Then contact us at [email protected] if the issue persists.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to high order volume, carrier delays, or unforeseen circumstances.

Tracking information will be provided via email once your order ships.

5. Refund Guarantee – Returns & Exchanges

At Vibe Wear Hub, we are committed to delivering high-quality products and a smooth shopping experience. We offer a 30-day conditional refund or replacement policy from the date of delivery under specific circumstances.

✅ Eligible Cases for Refund or Replacement:

  • The item arrived damaged, stained, or defective.
  • The item you received is incorrect (wrong size, color, or design).

❌ Not Eligible for Refund or Return:

  • Wrong size ordered by the customer.
  • Buyer’s remorse or change of mind.
  • Minor variances in color tone, image placement, or print alignment that are inherent to the print-on-demand process.

To Request a Return or Exchange:

  1. Contact us at [email protected] within 30 days of receiving your item.
  2. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos clearly showing the problem.
  3. If approved, we will either:
    • Issue a replacement at no additional cost, or
    • Provide a full refund to your original payment method.

Note: As all products are custom-made to order, we cannot accept general returns or exchanges unrelated to quality or fulfillment issues.

6. Billing and Account Information

We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order placed with us. This may include orders placed under the same customer account, using the same credit card, or with the same billing and/or shipping address.

In the event we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the email address, billing address, or phone number provided at the time the order was placed.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all orders made at our store.
You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and payment details (credit card numbers and expiration dates), so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
