- The item you received is incorrect (wrong size, color, or design).
❌ Not Eligible for Refund or Return:
- Wrong size ordered by the customer.
- Buyer’s remorse or change of mind.
- Minor variances in color tone, image placement, or print alignment that are inherent to the print-on-demand process.

- Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos clearly showing the problem.
- If approved, we will either:
- Issue a replacement at no additional cost, or
